26 March 2016 – Sublime Point Lookout
On a perfect Autumn afternoon, the stunning Shibani married her true love Chris in a beautiful ceremony at Sublime Point Lookout at Bulli Tops, following a Hindu ceremony the day before. Shibani wore an exquisite blue sari for the civil ceremony and there were plenty of tears as this beautiful couple exchanged their vows. A highlight of the ceremony was Shibani's mother giving her blessing by singing a few lines of a traditional song in Bengali, her mother tongue, translated as:
May light be showered on you from the wonderful heavens above.
May the fragrance of flowers and the melody of songs fill your life.
May beauty and truth be part of your life and may you overcome all your challenges with grace, love and compassion for each other.
Louise is a wonderfully professional, good-humoured, reliable and extremely well-spoken celebrant. Thanks to Louise, our wedding ceremony struck just the right note. It was polished, intimate and reflected who we were. We really appreciated her organisational skills and careful crafting of the ceremony script. She travelled all the way to Wollongong to meet with and discuss our plans - twice! In addition to this, she took the time to come to the venue for a rehearsal so we knew what we were doing.
We truly felt as though we could relax and enjoy our wedding day, safe in the knowledge that Louise had everything well in hand. We would seriously and unequivocally recommend Louise to anyone who wants to their ceremony to be smooth and heartfelt one.
